# Patient Management

## Prerequisites

Configure the patient form: [patient-forms](https://help.dashlabs.ai/settings/laboratory-settings/patient-forms "mention")

## Patient Record Page

Patient records can be accessed through the [#patients-table](#patients-table "mention").

1. View & update patient information
2. Access patient's Patient Services 
3. View patient's access logs 
4. Identify & merge duplicate patient records

### Patient Duplicates

Dashlabs.ai automatically flags duplicates (when there are multiple patients with the same Name, Sex & Birthday).

If flagged, a red bar denoting `Possible Duplicate` will appear on top of the patient page.

## Patients Table

The patients table can be accessed from the sidebar of the[laboratory-dashboard](https://help.dashlabs.ai/getting-started/navigating-dashlabs.ai/laboratory-dashboard "mention").
