EMR Module
The EMR module is responsible for the management of Medical records in Dashlabs. In particular:
Patient records (Patient information)
Patient Service records (Services & tests availed by patients - e.g. bloodtests, consultations, etc)
A patient can have multiple patient services; Each patient service must belong to a patient.
