Locked patients

Dashlabs.AI bills you per patient test. This means that every patient test that enters your system will count to your total monthly invoice. Locked patients are patients with tests that do not count to that invoice.

What are locked patients?

Locked patients are patient records that do not add to your monthly invoice.

You cannot see the following information for locked patients:

  1. Birthday

  2. Occupation

  3. Nationality

  4. Civil status

  5. Sex

  6. Emergency contact name

  7. Emergency contact number

  8. Addresses

  9. Phone numbers

  10. Identity documents

  11. Profile photo

While you cannot see the addresses and phone numbers details of the patient, you can see the number of addresses and phone numbers each patient has.

How are patients locked?

Patients are automatically locked when it is filled through your laboratory's public form.

Your laboratory's public form is one of the following:

  1. dashlabs.app/your-laboratory-id/form

  2. your-laboratory-name.dashlabs.app

  3. your-laboratory-name.ecif.ph

How are patients unlocked?

To unlock a patient, you can

  1. By retrieving the patient

  2. By going to the patient page and unlocking

  3. By adding the patient's patient test to a transport batch

  4. By adding the patient's patient test to a laboratory batch

What happens when I unlock a patient?

  1. All the patient tests associated with that patient will be added to the next invoice

  2. The price is still based on your price per laboratory test

Can I lock a patient after it has been unlocked?

No. So be very careful in unlocking patients.
