Dashlabs.AI bills you per patient test. This means that every patient test that enters your system will count to your total monthly invoice. Locked patients are patients with tests that do not count to that invoice.
Locked patients are patient records that do not add to your monthly invoice.
You cannot see the following information for locked patients:
Birthday
Occupation
Nationality
Civil status
Sex
Emergency contact name
Emergency contact number
Addresses
Phone numbers
Identity documents
Profile photo
While you cannot see the addresses and phone numbers details of the patient, you can see the number of addresses and phone numbers each patient has.
Patients are automatically locked when it is filled through your laboratory's public form.
Your laboratory's public form is one of the following:

To unlock a patient, you can
By retrieving the patient
By going to the patient page and unlocking
By adding the patient's patient test to a transport batch
By adding the patient's patient test to a laboratory batch
All the patient tests associated with that patient will be added to the next invoice
The price is still based on your price per laboratory test
No. So be very careful in unlocking patients.
