New Batch Plate

If you go to the "Plate" Section, you'll notice the plate populate as patients are added. You may add controls by hovering over a well and pressing "+" for POS, "-" for NEG, "Microchip" for NTC

You may delete a control or remove a specimen from the batch by pressing it and confirming you want to delete the specimen (from the batch)

Unlike in C19, you may now dynamically change the specimen & control position by dragging it to another well. If that well has a specimen, then the specimen positions will flip (i.e. if current A1 is moved to A2, whatever is in A2 will move to A1)
